Overview

New Aircraft Company is the global manufacturer and distributor for one of the most recognized sport aircraft in the world. The company has won the top award in its category for the past three years running.

The only reason this deal is available is because of my relationship with the owner of the company. It’s a very unusual situation. The owner is an avid aviator. He has all the licenses, including complex aircraft. He’s an independently wealthy individual. He lives on top of a mountain where the winds are sometimes treacherous. He needed a special type of aircraft and found one manufactured by a new company on the West Coast (of the United States). He went there, established a relationship with one of the employees and learned about their plane. He was so impressed he decided to buy the entire factory.

He moved the factory to a small town on the South Carolina/North Carolina border and brought the employee over to run the facility. He then built a runway next to the factory to handle all of the testing required for FAA approval. He did all the R & D to come up with an extremely unusual state-of-the-art aircraft.

The Plane

This is a real plane that is 100% FAA approved; it has an N-Number. All the R & D is finished. As we said, right out of the gate this plane won the top prize for an aircraft of its type at Oshkosh and Sun & Fun. In addition to FAA approval, the plane has also been registered and approved for sale in Europe. It has been featured on the cover of several aviation magazines.

My idea is to eventually outsource the building process to a Chinese or Czech manufacturer. We have also just received confirmation from a manufacturer in Poland that they would like to build our kits and complete planes. Our factory will continue to make minor modifications from year to year. This would amount to simple changes such as a minor adjustment to a door latch or a light fixture, etc.

Features

In the current model, the seats fold down. This allows us to create a camping package with two sleeping bags that sleep side-by-side in the aircraft. It will come with a port-a-potty and a camping stove. Neatest of all, the wings fold back. You can tow it behind your car, take it home and stow it in your garage. This plane can immediately make money for the purchaser. It can spray crops and tow banners. You can install outside digital cameras for aerial photography. The newest use is “cloud seeding” to create rain.

Amphib

The “amphib” seaplane is designed for land and sea at an unbelievably low price, totally proficient in salt water, fresh water or land. It comes with an option to have anchors, canoe paddles, even an electric motor to go fishing. It can even convert from tail dragger to tricycle landing gear and land to amphibian in minutes.

Builder Assist

Our builder assistance program is second to none. Our kit is only $18,500. It can be built in as little as four weeks. We also can build any portion as owner assist. They can call our factory with any problems. A professional manual is provided with photos detailing the step-by-step procedures. An assembly video is included in the package. An individual with no interest in using the craft personally could still build planes for a profit.

Highway in the Sky

For 20 years, the FAA and NASA have worked to simplify aviation for the average consumer. This program has been called Highway in the Sky. The “sport aircraft” is the result. This simple-to-fly airplane category can take a novice and have him safely flying with a license in only one week. This is the “big picture” opportunity for Gravity Air.

Global Expansion

We plan to expand globally by setting up dealers. Gravity Air Franchises can teach flying using the proprietary “Learn to Fly Easy” method while also selling aircraft. Gravity Air is ready to produce planes in volume and accept orders. We don’t need any outside help or R & D to sell this plane throughout the world.

Europe has already purchased 10 planes. We have 160 planes in the air. Current prospects want franchises for Qatar, Dubai, Saudi Arabia, China, Mongolia, the Bahamas and other island countries in the Caribbean.

Global Travel

This is the first time in the history of the world private pilots can fly over countries like China and Russia. In the past only fighter planes or commercial aircraft were allowed in this airspace. There has never been any civil aviation in these countries.

Parts Business Revenue

Our parts business alone can generate significant revenue. The FAA approved parts on these planes must come from our factories or the FAA can ground the plane.

Investor Offering

We seek an investor that wants to have fun and that we can trust to assist us. Once we get an investor, we will set up dealers around the globe. Each dealer will provide us with an advanced order commensurate with annual sales. To accomplish everything contemplated at this stage of growth we would require $1.5 million. No monies will be misspent in an attempt to profit in front.
